Ali Avcı, serves as the Chairman of the Board at Netpak Ambalaj. The company has been active in the packaging sector for over 40 years and is a pioneer in the production of eco-friendly and reusable carrying bags.

Under the leadership of Ali Avcı, Netpak Ambalaj became the first company to produce carrying bags and automation machines from nonwoven fabric using ultrasonic welding technology.

Additionally, Netpak Ambalaj continues its operations as a research and development (R&D) center under the Ministry of Industry and Technology through its technology firm, Ultrapak Makina, established in 2017. The company has acquired 42 patents and 30 utility models to date and has won numerous awards in innovation and sustainability.
